Antonín Lukeš is the founder and CEO of Data3s. After receiving a degree in Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague in 1993, Antonín joined Léčiva (now Zentiva a.s.) as a distribution manager. He soon became its chief of data market support and data management, and in 1998 he was named Lečiva’s Manager of the Year. As the chief of Zentiva’s CRM department from 2000 to 2006, he recruited the top IT talent to analyze, design, and implement a CRM system built from the ground up using the best practices and expertise in information technology. Today that CRM system serves the needs of multinational companies in nearly a dozen foreign markets.
Alexander John
Regional Director, Asia
Alexander John holds an MBA from the Fachhochschule Wirtschaft Berlin (now known as the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin), Germany. He has 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, transition, training, and consulting and has worked with companies such as Infosys, Mphasis and T-Systems International in addition to his own group companies. Currently he manages strategic growth and business development for all the group companies and is the Regional Director (Asia) for Data3s.
Stéphane Margolis
Operations Director, France
Stéphane Margolis is the chief executive of Data3s’ Representative Office in France. He was educated at Lycée Collège Victor-Duruy in Paris and has studied at various universities in both China and the United States, including San Francisco State University, San Diego State University and East China Normal University (Huádōng Shīfàn Dàxué) in Shanghai. His diverse work experience ranges from the real estate sector, where he was Head of Residential Investment at Arthur Loyd Paris and an Adviser in Real Estate Property Development at LETOV LETECKÁ VÝROBA s.r.o., to executive/ownership positions in leading digital media and technology companies, from ActiveWebShop to Data3s. As Operations Director for Data3s in France, Stéphane is responsible for bringing Data3s’ exceptional products and services to customers in one of the largest markets in Europe.

Liviu Paun
General Manager, Romania
Liviu Paun is a graduate of the National College of Informatics and the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, where he received a degree in Statistics from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics in 2006. He has worked variously as a Logistics Assistant (Sicomed), an ETMS Specialist (Zentiva), and Software Developer (Ager Business Tech). While at Zentiva (2006-2010), Liviu supported a national sales force of nearly 250 end-users of eluzzion CRM, preparing campaigns, trainings, reports and application support, among other management responsibilities. Now, as General Manager of Data3s Romania, Liviu is responsible for leading Data3s support services and commercial operations in Romania.
