Ad Manager ®

Ad Manager® is the key component of this service. AM’s unique SW architecture, a proprietary technology exclusive to customers of Data3s, is able to structure and control the delivery of unlimited individualized video content to geographically distributed LCD panels (or other digital monitors) according to the unique requirements of each point.

That’s right: unique playlists that follow each site’s unique traffic flow, opening hours, or other elements critical to the successful impact of targeted sports.

The architecture allows the playlist for each particular site to be individually configured, and modified as requested by either the LCD station host (e.g. the local site) or the paying media partner who owns the time (e.g. the advertiser).

The system also includes a semaphore with controls for remote monitoring and configuration of all aspects of the system infrastructure, from volume levels and screen brightness (which can be programmed individually for each site), to internet connectivity and all other aspects of system integrity.

Network Infrastructure

It couldn’t simpler – or cheaper.

For all its software sophistication, our solution demands the least in terms of infrastructure cost or up-front HW investment: no satellite dishes, no expensive receivers. Because our service is LAN based, all you need is an internet connection and a simple PC hard drive to work as a server.

If you don’t have LCD panels, we can help you get them. We can also help you install them. From hard drives and LAN connections to internet service, Data3s provides full HW support for all our software projects.

Placement of LCD panels & other digital monitors

There are many factors determining the placement of the LCDs in public areas. The LCDs must be visible to all, yet unobtrusive enough that patrons will not be disturbed by their presence.

Customer acceptance is the highest priority

Because we are sensitive to the quality of the consumer environment, we are careful to make sure that LCD panels are located in such as way as to combine maximum visibility with minimum disturbance ensuring a high level of customer acceptance.

Hardware Installation & Support

Installation of all HW devices will be arranged during times when customer traffic is at its lowest, or after business hours so as not to interrupt the flow of business at any site.

Where needed, wifi routers can be used to prevent unnecessary cable installation, limiting disruption and keeping the space around the monitor free.
