Gedeon Richter Plc. is a Hungarian-controlled Central-Eastern European multinational pharmaceutical company. Richter Gedeon Czech Republic has been using the eluzzion CRM system (known as ERIG internally) since the beginning of 2010 with a high level of satisfaction reported by our users. eluzzion CRM has demonstrated real value in comparison with competitive systems. In our experience, it has much greater flexibility than other systems, and is much more user friendly as well. Users can navigate the system easily due to eluzzion CRM’s good graphic design and logically presented information. Important information, such as sales and performance plans, is easily accessible, with all key metrics clearly identifiable and easy to locate. For reps, this enables efficient planning and thorough reporting of activities, which managers rely on for a solid, up-to-date view of the field.
Similarly, eluzzion CRM makes it easy to work with sales data, which is clearly presented, and allows users to export data to excel or print structured reports with a single click. This simplicity defines the user experience, encouraging our reps to use the system to help their work on a daily basis. As a result, activities are planned and executed with greater efficiency and levels of information sharing are high.
Also important is the way in which eluzzion CRM allows users to rapidly perform basic analyses of system data. Reps can quickly group customers by region, expertise or other categories, and sort them by multiple criteria. Because eluzzion CRM integrates smoothly with all of our back office and external systems, a broader amount of information can be accessed and compared. Furthermore, the system allows us to create and export monthly billing records, which our previous system didn’t.
All in all, we consider eluzzion CRM to be a great solution to the needs of our sales force, and Data3s to be a service provider of the highest quality.
