Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GPL) is a research-driven, global, fully integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered at Mumbai, India. For the past year, we have had the pleasure of using eluzzion CRM by Data3s in our Czech subsidiary.
After one year of experience, we believe we have received the best “value for money” ratio among available CRM systems. MedReps consider the system to be user-friendly, while eluzzion’s web reports have significantly improved our territory management system as well as the effectiveness of our field force.
For end-users, eluzzion supports the work of MedReps on the level of logical workflow (planning, executing, reporting, analyzing, re-planning, etc.) including timed warnings to remind users of planned activities. The system is designed so that it is almost self-guiding. In case of uncertainty, there are even “Help” windows and messages with explicit instructions advising the user on what to do next.
With its emphasis on efficient usage, eluzzion allows users to move fluently from one module to another without unnecessary logging in and logging out – even when accessing interfaces for (external) third-party data.
Most importantly, eluzzion allows MedReps to focus their activities on target customers, monitoring call frequency and interaction histories to maintain a global account perspective. After the initial training, over 98% of users rated the system as “excellent” or “useful.”
On the level of Sales Force Management, the system allows managers to pre-define the parameters influencing the planning, recording, and reporting of MedRep actives – independently of the vendor, saving valuable time. Furthermore, the system contains mechanisms to prevent MedReps from incomplete reporting, recording and planning.
From an IT perspective, eluzzion’s mix of advanced technologies and logically structured processes promote a smooth and reliable interchange of information wherever it connects. With automatic back ups and rapid synchronization (on average less than two minutes) eluzzion guarantees up-to-date and reliable data with high degree of data safety.
