Data System Solutions s.r.o. (“Data3s”) has cooperated with HI-LCD since March, 2007, on the delivery of video media to LCDs in medical offices across the Czech Republic.

From the very beginning, Data3s has provided the highest quality of service and support which we could expect. Their responsibilities have included:

• development of the delivery system and related controls (incl. semaphore)
• selection and installation of all hardware (LCD panels, HDs, etc.)
• establishment of internet connection (incl. agreement w/ service provider)
• management of entire system (incl. helpdesk / support)

In each case, Data3s has fulfilled their responsibilities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to the goals of our project. They have met all agreed deadlines and benchmarks, responding quickly and effectively to any issues which arose.

In less than three months, Data3s managed to construct a framework for the entire project, from the development of core applications and DB structure to the acquisition of necessary goods and the formulation of a complete implementation plan. Two months later several hundred points were up and running without problems. Installation was smooth and efficient, conducted with minimal disturbance to a sensitive environment and customer acceptance was high.
