STADA Arzneimittel AG operates in the healthcare and pharmaceutical market worldwide. It operates through two segments, Generics and Branded Products. The company serves patients, doctors, doctors’ cooperatives, pharmacies, pharmacy cooperatives, hospitals, wholesalers, and other service providers in the health care market, as well as statutory health insurance organizations and private insurance companies. STADA Arzneimittel was founded in 1895 and is headquartered in Bad Vilbel, Germany.

We are pleased to provide this letter of reference to Data3s for their eluzzion CRM system, which has been used by our Czech subsidiary, STADA Pharma CZ, since 2009.

eluzzion CRM represents a significant improvement in the management of our sales force and the execution of their duties. It is a very complex system which, in our view, is able to cover all the needs of our field force. For all its robustness, we consider the system to be very intuitive and easy to use, with an attractive, user-friendly interface that our field reps are comfortable with.

Among the strongest features of eluzzion CRM are its Financial modules – a total solution to the financial needs of our sales organization. Monthly financial reports (including driver’s log books and contracts) from representatives are fully audited by ASMs, accountants and other back office personnel, providing maximum support for our company processes.

Another advantage of eluzzion CRM is its full integration with MS Office applications, which allows our users to easily export any information from the system into easily accessible documents and reports. The essential familiarity of the system helped users learn it quickly. On the level of daily usage, fulfillment of tasks is easy. Contact reports, for example, are well structured and can be completed quickly without sacrificing necessary details.

In terms of setting and managing campaigns, eluzzion is very flexible and adaptable to our changes, and helps our sales force maintain a strong focus on their objectives and track their progress during campaigns. Furthermore, eluzzion’s Home Page Dashboards provide a quick and easy way for our reps to keep sight of their goals and performance.

On the level of Sales Force Excellence, eluzzion’s Transfer Orders module has brought us to a new level of rep performance by allowing us to track orders made by representatives on behalf of individual pharmacies, and see their subsequent performance in weekly sales data reports.

eluzzion’s Warehouse module is another of the innovations that allow us to monitor the impact of samples and promo materials. For reps, Warehouse helps them better maintain their own inventory – from their personal stock to the number of promotional items given to each customer – which, in conjunction with Sales Data, allows us to monitor our customers’ cost effectiveness.

eluzzion CRM also comes with a full set of useful analytic tools that give us insight into our performance on multiple levels. Sales data can be called up on a daily basis, facilitating detailed monitoring of particular groups of target customers and their effectiveness, while eluzzion’s Territory Management module lets us compare data from across the system to benchmark both soft and hard performance indicators, such as plans vs. results.
