In 2008, the Czech branch of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. put out a tender for a state-of-the-art CRM system that perfectly fit the needs of a complex pharmaceutical business environment.

They wanted a system that could be specially customized without requiring extensive development, and which would eliminate the common frustrations of the typical CRM vendor-customer relationship.

In 2009, Data3s rolled out eluzzion CRM in Glenmark’s Czech and Slovak affiliates to great success (over 98% positive approval rating by users) followed by their Polish counterparts at the beginning of 2011.

Due to Data3s’ high service and product standards, Glenmark has additionally contracted a range of additional IT services from Data3s, such as the development of a custom Ordering System and the provision of full IT Helpdesk HW & SW support services.
