In 2002, Zentiva ordered the development of a broad-platform, multi-tier CRM system capable of integrating a wide range of internal and external systems and 3rd-party data sources across multiple territories.
The result was a unified corporate system with the ability to be ideally customized and configured according to local territory needs while supporting standardized reporting and Sales Force Excellence (SFE) requirements.
Between 2003-2009, the system (known as “eZEN” in Zentiva) was successfully rolled out in multiple territories across Europe, namely: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania and, most recently, Turkey.
By the end of 2009, eluzzion CRM had supported around 1500 concurrent, and more than 5000 consecutive users in six countries across Europe and the Middle East.
